About the Role
Are you ready to embrace a diverse teaching challenge across the primary phase? A dynamic school is seeking a versatile PPA Teacher to provide essential cover from EYFS through to KS2, ensuring continuity and high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by stepping into various classroom environments, supporting pupils' progress and contributing to a vibrant school community. We are seeking professionals eager to take on diverse responsibilities, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent engagement starting as soon as possible, offering a competitive daily rate between £150 - £180.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to cover PPA time.
• Maintain a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
• Adapt teaching strategies effectively to meet the diverse needs of different age groups and abilities.
• Collaborate positively with class teachers and support staff to ensure smooth transitions.
• Uphold the school's high standards of behaviour and learning expectations.
• Provide consistent and high-quality instruction, fostering pupil curiosity and academic growth.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience across the primary curriculum.
• Exhibit strong adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different year groups and subjects.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Hold a genuine passion for fostering children's learning and development.
• Be a proactive and collaborative team player with a positive approach.
• Have an unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
