About the Role
Join a progressive primary school in the Aylesbury area, Buckinghamshire, as a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant. This rewarding role offers an exciting opportunity to provide crucial support across various primary year groups, including tailored assistance for pupils with Special Educational Needs. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent positions. Your commitment will be valued with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to pupils across all primary key stages.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
* Offer targeted one-to-one or small group intervention for pupils requiring additional help.
* Implement strategies to foster positive behaviour and a nurturing learning environment.
* Adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of all children.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to ensure an inclusive educational experience.

About You
* Possess a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience supporting primary-aged children in a mainstream setting.
* Have a genuine passion for fostering educational growth and development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with children and staff.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to different classroom dynamics and pupil needs.
