About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of an inspiring and stimulating EYFS curriculum.
• Assist children with their learning activities, both individually and in small groups.
• Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress, feeding back to the class teacher.
• Encourage positive social interactions and promote independent learning skills.
• Aid with the organisation and preparation of resources for daily lessons.

About You
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and development.
• Demonstrate prior experience working with young children in an educational context.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children, staff, and parents.
• Be highly adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
• Hold a relevant qualification or have demonstrable experience in an EYFS setting.
• Show a commitment to fostering a joyful and supportive learning atmosphere for every child.
