About the Role
A well-established school is seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant primary team. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential support across various classrooms, including crucial assistance for pupils with Special Educational Needs. We are looking for an individual who can commit to a flexible arrangement, with options for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, starting as soon as possible. A competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 is offered for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils across the primary phase with their learning and development.
* Implement individual education plans and provide tailored support for SEN pupils.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining a stimulating learning environment.
* Contribute to effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
* Facilitate small group activities and one-to-one interventions as directed.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.

About You
* Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting children's educational and personal growth.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* Be adept at adapting support strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including SEN.
* Hold a proactive and flexible approach, eager to contribute positively to a school community.
