Key Responsibilities
• Support children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to assessments.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Prepare resources and maintain an organised classroom setting.

About You
• Experience supporting children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Hold relevant qualifications in childcare or education (e.g., Level 2 or 3 TA qualification).
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
