Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to pupils, individually or in small groups, to help them access the curriculum and achieve their learning objectives.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising resources, ensuring a stimulating and well-resourced learning environment.
• Support the implementation of individual education plans and behaviour management strategies, promoting positive engagement and progress.
• Facilitate engaging classroom activities, encouraging pupil participation and fostering a love for learning across all subjects.
• Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning discussions with the teaching team.
• Support pupils' social and emotional development, ensuring their well-being and confidence within the school community.
