Key Responsibilities

* Foster a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress.
* Assist in the preparation and customisation of learning resources, ensuring accessibility for all pupils.
* Champion pupil independence and confidence through practical support and skill development.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to aid ongoing development.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting secondary-aged pupils, particularly those with complex special educational needs.

* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience when working with diverse learning styles and challenges.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
