About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a ambitious school in Northamptonshire, seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher. You will play a crucial role in supporting pupil progress across the Primary phase, from EYFS through to KS2, delivering targeted interventions. This varied position offers the flexibility of long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent contract for the right candidate, with an attractive daily rate of £150 - £180. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, making a significant impact on learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention sessions to individuals and small groups across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Assess pupil understanding and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure interventions complement classroom learning and curriculum objectives.
* Track and report on pupil progress, celebrating achievements and identifying next steps.
* Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters confidence and academic growth.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its commitment to excellence.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within the primary phase.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective intervention strategies across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Have a proven track record of raising attainment in core subjects.
* Be a highly organised and adaptable practitioner, capable of working effectively with diverse pupil groups.
* Show a genuine passion for making a positive difference to children's learning journeys.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
