About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school environment, providing essential support to pupils with special educational needs. This crucial role involves nurturing individual learning and development within a vibrant mainstream setting, helping children reach their full potential. We offer a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 and are looking for someone available to start as soon as possible, with various contract options including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with diverse SEN requirements.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to implement individualised education plans and support strategies.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that caters to all abilities.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teaching staff and other relevant professionals.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster the development of social and emotional skills.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of all children within the school community.

About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for making a positive impact on young lives and their educational journey.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, empathetic, and resilient, thriving in a busy and rewarding classroom atmosphere.
* You are a proactive team player, willing to adapt and contribute effectively to a supportive school team.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and enhancing your skills in SEN support.
