Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every pupil feels valued.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, attainment, and personal development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the learning journey.
* Participate in school events and contribute to the wider life of the school community.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), hold Main Pay Scale (MPS) status, or are on the Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
* You have an unwavering passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a love of learning.
* You communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and professional colleagues.
