About the Role
A dedicated school in the Telford area is seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to join their team immediately. This pivotal role involves providing engaging cover across various primary schools within the West Midlands region, specifically Shropshire. You will have the flexibility to undertake a range of contracts, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term placements and even permanent opportunities. This exciting position offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting your valuable contribution to pupil learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, maintaining high educational standards.
* Implement pre-set lesson plans with enthusiasm and creativity, ensuring continuity of learning.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments, policies, and pupil needs.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and engagement to permanent staff.
* Collaborate professionally with colleagues and support staff in each school setting.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate recent experience teaching within primary education settings.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to pupil behaviour.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in diverse school environments.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering children's development and learning.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
