About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to individual pupils or small groups within the classroom setting.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising learning materials and activities.
• Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Support pupils' academic progress and social development in line with curriculum objectives.
• Contribute to managing classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a productive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil support.

About You
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or possess significant relevant experience in a primary school.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Committed to fostering an inclusive educational experience for every pupil.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
• Bring a positive attitude and a desire to make a meaningful difference in young lives.
