Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, enhancing their access to the curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, preparation of learning materials, and classroom management.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere where all children feel valued and encouraged.
• Support pupils with special educational needs, adapting approaches to meet diverse requirements.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and feedback processes.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all.
