Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver an inspiring and inclusive EYFS curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles.
• Cultivate a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning, exploration, and positive social interactions.
• Assess children's progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support for individual needs.
• Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes and ensure holistic development.
• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils at all times, maintaining a secure and nurturing atmosphere.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community, participating in events and initiatives.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Early Years Foundation Stage pedagogy and child development.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a truly child-centred approach to teaching.
• Command strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to refine your teaching practice.
• Be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in responding to the evolving needs of young learners.
