Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic Chemistry lessons that captivate and challenge pupils of varying abilities.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
* Cultivate a stimulating and safe learning environment where scientific curiosity flourishes.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department to enhance curriculum delivery.
* Participate fully in school life, including departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and behaviour in accordance with school policy.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
* A genuine passion for Chemistry and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of scientists defines your approach.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering an inclusive and productive learning atmosphere.
* The ability to differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual pupil needs is central to your practice.
