About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Provide targeted assistance to primary pupils, individually and in small groups, to reinforce learning objectives.
• Support the class teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive, productive learning environment.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources tailored to diverse needs.
• Contribute to the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for pupils requiring additional support, including SEN.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development, helping pupils to build confidence and independence.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members regarding pupil progress and well-being.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Possess prior experience working within a primary school setting, ideally supporting a range of age groups.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring and nurturing the potential in every child.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with pupils and colleagues.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting classroom needs.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a clear understanding of relevant policies.
