* Provide essential one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours proactively.
* Mentor pupils to develop their social and emotional skills, promoting positive well-being.
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, fostering trust and a sense of security.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson activities.
* Contribute to a safe and supportive learning atmosphere for all children.
