About the Role

We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to secondary pupils with SEMH requirements.
* Implement effective behaviour support plans, encouraging positive choices and self-management skills.
* Guide pupils in developing strategies for emotional regulation and resilience.
* Actively contribute to the successful reintegration of pupils into the learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to differentiate learning materials and activities.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress, challenges, and interventions.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* A genuine passion for making a significant difference in the lives of secondary pupils is essential.
* You exhibit strong behaviour management techniques and a calm, consistent approach.
