• Collaborate effectively with class teachers, teaching assistants, and leadership to ensure holistic pupil support.
• Adapt teaching methods creatively to meet diverse learning needs across primary phases.
• Maintain accurate and insightful records of pupil achievement and intervention impact.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all pupils.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a comprehensive understanding of primary education.
• Demonstrate proven experience in delivering highly effective interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Possess an unwavering commitment to fostering pupil progress and accelerating academic growth.
• Exhibit strong pedagogical skills and the ability to differentiate learning experiences effectively.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pupils, colleagues, and parents alike.
• Thrive in a collaborative setting and demonstrate a proactive, resilient approach to teaching.
