This vital role involves providing direct support to children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), working both individually and in small groups. You will play a crucial part in assisting pupils experiencing challenges such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties, fostering their development in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with EHCPs.
* Assist pupils with a range of complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

* Collaborate closely with class teachers to support the delivery of an inclusive curriculum.
