Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted assistance to primary pupils experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with children to foster a supportive learning environment.
* Employ effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations calmly and constructively.
