About the Role
A dedicated school in West London is seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital support for secondary-aged pupils with complex needs within a specialist SEN provision. This challenging yet incredibly rewarding role involves assisting with the delivery of an adapted curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and actively promoting pupil independence. We are looking for an individual ready for an immediate start, with various long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent contract options available, offering a competitive daily rate between £90 and £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to secondary pupils with diverse complex needs.
* Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging, adapted learning programmes.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all pupils.
* Encourage pupils' independence, self-help skills, and personal development effectively.
* Collaborate proactively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents to support holistic progress.
* Monitor and accurately record pupil progress and behavioural observations to inform future planning.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs.
* You demonstrate significant previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils who have complex learning difficulties.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and families.
* You show exceptional adaptability, resilience, and patience within a dynamic educational setting.
* You hold relevant qualifications or professional development experience in SEN support.
* You are committed to continuous personal growth and reflective professional practice.
