About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored and engaging lessons that stimulate learning for primary SEN pupils.
* Implement differentiated strategies to cater effectively to a wide spectrum of individual learning styles and requirements.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and highly supportive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school professionals to ensure holistic pupil support.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Uphold all school policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records as required.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within primary education.
* You have a proven track record of supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* You are adept at managing classroom dynamics and fostering positive behaviour outcomes.
* You demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in various school environments.
* Your communication skills are outstanding, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are deeply committed to safeguarding and championing the welfare of every child.
