Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver creative and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered to learn.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Maths curriculum and departmental initiatives.
• Engage proactively with parents and carers regarding student achievement and well-being.
• Participate in extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and its effective communication.
• Have a proven ability to motivate and inspire secondary school students of all abilities.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready for a supportive start, or an experienced teacher at MPS/UPS.
• Show a collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute positively to a team.
