About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a supportive school community, offering vital day-to-day and short-term cover opportunities within specialist primary SEN provisions. This role provides the chance to work across diverse educational settings, supporting children with a range of special educational needs. You will contribute to a nurturing environment, ensuring continuity of learning and care for pupils within various provisions across the Daventry area of Northamptonshire, offering valuable flexibility in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil well-being.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Demonstrable experience working with primary-aged children with special educational needs.
* A strong understanding of various SEN provisions and pedagogical approaches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* Adaptability and resilience when working in different school environments.
* A genuine passion for supporting the development and achievement of every child.
