Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for Reception pupils.
• Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and carers.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality EYFS provision.
• Uphold the school’s positive ethos and contribute actively to the wider school community.
• Foster strong relationships with families, promoting parental involvement in their child’s learning journey.
About You
• You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
• You possess recent experience teaching in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting, particularly Reception.
• You demonstrate a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its effective implementation.
• You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
• You show a genuine passion for early childhood education and holistic pupil development.
