About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join our pool of talented educators, providing crucial support across primary provisions within a forward-thinking school. This vital role offers the chance to engage with a diverse range of special educational needs, delivering impactful day-to-day and short-term cover to ensure educational continuity for every pupil. You will be instrumental in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, responding to immediate needs while maintaining high standards of teaching and care.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging, tailored lesson plans that meet the diverse individual needs of primary pupils with SEN.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting positive interactions and learning.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, employing strategies that support pupils' emotional and social development.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting approaches as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, progress, and any incidents, adhering to school policies.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for supporting primary pupils with SEN.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when working across varied classroom settings and pupil needs.
* Possess strong communication skills, fostering effective and positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Exhibit a creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning, responding effectively to spontaneous challenges.
* Committed to creating a nurturing and accessible educational experience for every child.
* Experience working within a specialist SEN primary environment is highly desirable, encompassing a range of complex needs.
