Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies effectively.

About You
• Possess prior experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for fostering learning and development in young pupils.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Show a commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Hold a relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in supporting education.
