We are seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a dynamic school in Hertfordshire, specialising in secondary education for pupils with complex learning needs. This stimulating role involves delivering an adapted curriculum within small group settings, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. We are open to discussions regarding various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities, commencing as soon as possible. Successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate of between £150 and £250, reflecting their experience and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a highly adapted curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement effective teaching strategies that engage and support pupils with complex learning difficulties.
* Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress.
* Assess and monitor pupil development, providing constructive feedback and reporting on achievements.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in a secondary setting.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively with pupils who have complex learning needs.
