About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to join a forward-thinking school, providing essential cover across various secondary schools in the Biggleswade area. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity and delivering engaging lessons on a daily, short-term, or long-term basis, with the potential for permanent placement. This is a chance to make a significant impact on student learning across diverse environments, starting as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a range of subjects to secondary pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils where appropriate.
* Collaborate effectively with departmental staff and the wider school community.
* Maintain accurate attendance records for all assigned classes.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching at secondary level.
* You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied school environments.
* You have excellent classroom management skills and can inspire pupil engagement.
* You communicate effectively with both pupils and colleagues.
* You hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* You are available to start immediately and are seeking flexible or ongoing work opportunities.
