About the Role
We are actively recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a supportive school community within the West Midlands region. This is an exceptional opportunity for dedicated educators to secure various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, commencing as soon as possible. You will have the chance to apply your passion across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 within mainstream primary settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire learning.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are registered as an Early Career Teacher.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and nurturing young minds.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow professionals.
* You approach challenges with enthusiasm and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
