A highly regarded specialist primary school in the Shropshire area is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their nurturing team. This vital role involves providing comprehensive support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment, working both 1:1 and with small groups of children to support their academic and personal development. This opportunity offers a range of flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115, starting as soon as possible.
