About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join an ambitious school, offering vital support within its primary phase. This role involves providing immediate cover for daily and short-term absences, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils with special educational needs. You will have the opportunity to work across diverse SEN provisions, adapting your skills to meet varying pupil requirements and contributing positively to the school's inclusive environment starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across primary age groups, specifically designed for pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to cater for a wide spectrum of individual learning styles and requirements.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil engagement and progress.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, progress, and any incidents, reporting as required.
* Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school by upholding its values and policies.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of primary education.
* Have experience or a genuine passion for working with pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied classroom settings and unforeseen circumstances.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, promoting positive behaviour and a conducive learning environment.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to make a tangible difference.
* Be available for daily and short-term supply bookings, offering flexibility to support school needs.
