This immediate opening focuses on providing targeted academic support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Candidates can consider various contract arrangements, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position, with an attractive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention programmes for individual pupils and small groups.
* Tailor learning strategies to address specific gaps in attainment across core subjects.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure seamless integration of support.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and challenging learning atmosphere for all students.
* Provide regular feedback on pupil development and intervention impact to relevant staff.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
