About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Intervention Teacher to join a supportive primary school environment. This immediate opening focuses on providing targeted academic support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Candidates can consider various contract arrangements, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position, with an attractive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention programmes for individual pupils and small groups.
* Tailor learning strategies to address specific gaps in attainment across core subjects.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure seamless integration of support.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and challenging learning atmosphere for all students.
* Provide regular feedback on pupil development and intervention impact to relevant staff.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrable experience delivering successful primary intervention programmes is essential.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum requirements is required.
* You excel at differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs effectively.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaboration.
* A genuine passion for fostering academic progress in young learners drives your practice.
