About the Role
A progressive primary school in Northamptonshire, East Midlands, is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher. This is a remarkable opportunity to inspire young learners and contribute to a dynamic educational community. We are keen to consider various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will receive a salary paid to scale, recognising expertise from an Early Career Teacher (ECT) through to Upper Pay Scale (UPS) level.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters pupil well-being and academic growth.
* Accurately assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and curriculum development.
* Maintain comprehensive records of pupil achievement and developmental milestones.
* Establish strong communication channels with parents and carers regarding pupil learning and welfare.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrable experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is highly advantageous.
* A genuine passion for primary education and motivating young children is essential.
* You possess excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
* The ability to differentiate learning experiences to meet diverse pupil needs is crucial.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
