Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, specifically adapted for SEN pupils.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support pupils in achieving their learning objectives.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to create an inclusive environment.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to assessment processes.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Manage classroom dynamics positively, promoting respectful behaviour and engagement.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement for this position.
* You possess demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
