Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse SEN requirements.
• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adjust learning materials effectively.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCo to monitor pupil progress.
• Facilitate an engaging and accessible learning environment for all children.
• Assist with personal care needs and promote independence where appropriate.
• Contribute to positive behaviour management strategies and foster social development.

About You
• Possess previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a primary setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and child development.
• Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
• Exhibit patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Be capable of working independently and effectively as part of a wider team.
• Hold a relevant qualification or demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
