Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver bespoke intervention programmes to address specific learning gaps in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Regularly assess pupil progress, track achievements, and adapt strategies to ensure maximum impact.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies with classroom learning objectives.
• Create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment that motivates pupils and builds their confidence.
• Prepare and utilise engaging, differentiated resources tailored to diverse learning needs.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong passion for primary education.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering effective interventions across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Possess an excellent understanding of primary curriculum requirements and assessment methods.
• Exhibit strong pedagogical skills with the ability to differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs.
• An exceptional communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
