Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a range of subjects, adhering to adapted curriculum frameworks.
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and productive space for all students.
* Collaborate with support staff to maximise pupil engagement and progress throughout lessons.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and engagement, promptly reporting any concerns.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) valid for teaching in the UK.
* You bring proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs.
* You demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in diverse classroom settings.
* You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with pupils and colleagues.
* You are deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.
* You are available for immediate starts and flexible daily supply assignments.
