Role and Responsibilities:
- Year Group: Year 4
- Special Educational Needs (SEN): Ability to support and differentiate for students with SEN
- Behaviour Management: Strong skills in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and the wider school community
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Desirable
- Experience: Proven track record of teaching at the primary level, particularly in Year 4
- SEN Experience: Comfortable working with students with a range of special educational needs
- Behaviour Management: Strong skills in maintaining and promoting positive behaviour
- Passion: Enthusiastic and committed to the educational and social development of children
