A primary school based in Northampton is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to provide effective 1:1 support for pupils with challenging behaviour and generally struggling with engagment in day to day school life.
As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be confident in building an effective rapport, de-escalating behaviour and improving pupils confidence and social skills.
You will work with pupils either within small groups or 1:1. This is a varied role working with pupils across all year groups.You will have empathy, patience and resilence to work with children with various needs and challenges.
