A primary school based on the outskirts of Northampton is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to provide essential 1:1 support for child with social, emotional and mental health.
As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be respsonsible for;
- Raising attainment
- Increase engagement in learning
- Reducing levels of unauthorised absence
- Improving pupils social skills and confidence
- De-escalate triggers and challenging behaviour

This is a full time role to start asap. For the right Teaching Assistant, there is a strong opportunity this will transfer to a permanent contract.
