Location: Gosport
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: January 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Health and Social Care lessons at Key Stage 4
  • Develop and implement innovative PSHE curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Contribute to departmental improvement planning and curriculum development
  • Assess and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and personal development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge in Health and Social Care, and PSHE
  • Shows commitment to raising student achievement and promoting holistic development
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Displays enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
