Role/Responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for all Key Stages
- Design and implementation of curriculum intent for the subject area which challenges, motivates and inspires students
- Overall responsibility for curriculum, schemes of work, assessments, monitoring and intervention
- Raise the standards of student achievement in the curriculum area
- To oversee the analysis of data at all Key Stages
- The effective line management of designated staff
