Position: SEN Teacher / SEMH Teacher
Location: Various Schools in Milton Keynes

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate SEN and SEMH teachers to join various schools across Milton Keynes. These schools are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where every student can thrive. As an SEN/SEMH teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized education plans, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN and SEMH.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care for students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Contribute to the school community and uphold the values of care, kindness, and development.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in SEN or SEMH education.
  • A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Proven experience working in SEN schools or within mainstream settings supporting SEN students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
