Dunbar Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) who has experience with ADHD and Autism to join a supportive school in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to learners with ADHD and Autism , ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of personalised learning plans tailored to each learner's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure learners receive holistic support.
  • Help learners build confidence, independence, and social skills within the classroom setting.
  • Track and document student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
