Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with SEN.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and support emotional well-being.
- Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to follow individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Commitment to a long-term role with a passion for making a difference.
