Dunbar Education is looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Tring.

We are looking for someone that has experience with SEN in Primary Education and excellent knowledge of the needs.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and support techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN.
Duties:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
- Assist in the implementation of EHCP's and support strategies.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to monitor and track pupil progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development.
- Support pupils with personal care and mobility needs, if required.
