The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our dedicated SEN teachers and support staff to provide individualized assistance to students with diverse learning needs. Your role will be vital in fostering a positive and effective educational experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist SEN teachers in delivering tailored lesson plans and activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with their specific learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Support students during classroom activities and school outings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
