Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support and assistance to students with special educational needs
- Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to meet students' needs
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom activities and manage behaviour effectively
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' development
- Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable but not essential)
- A commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all students
